Chloe graduated from the University of Manchester with a first class Bachelor of Music degree, and continued her studies subsequently under Ryland Davies and Deborah Rees. She is currently studying with Colin Baldy. 
 
Chloe has performed in oratorio, opera and recitals across the country. Her operatic roles have included Lauretta in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi (Handmade Opera; Italy, London, Wantage and Chelmsford Cathedral), Amore in Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice (Grassroots Opera, Devon), Venus in Blow's Venus and Adonis (Manchester University Music Society), Soprano Soloist/Hermia in Purcell's The Fairy Queen (City Lit Opera), and Shepherd in Puccini’s Tosca (The English Opera Ensemble). In scenes she has performed as Susanna in Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Anne Page in Vaughan Williams' Sir John in Love, Angelica in Handel's Orlando, and Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto. She has performed as a member of the chorus for Handel's Semele (Manchester University Music Society), Verdi’s Macbeth (English Pocket Opera Company) and in Verdi's Aida and Beethoven's Fidelio (both at  Dorset Opera Festival). Her solo concert repertoire has included Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, Handel's Messiah, Foundling Hospital Anthem and Ode for St. Cecilia’s Day; Mendelssohn's Elijah; Bach’s Magnificat in D Minor and Mass in B Minor;  Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem; Faure's Requiem; Poulenc's Gloria; Vivaldi's Nulla in Mundo Pax Sincera, Magnificat, and Gloria; Mozart’s Coronation Mass, and Credo Mass; Haydn's Creation Mass, Missa in Tempore Bella, and Nelson Mass, in Exeter  Cathedral. 
 
Whilst at University Chloe was a member of the chamber choir Ad Solem, with whom she performed numerous concerts in the North West, and toured to Italy. She spent a semester abroad studying at the Melbourne Conservatorium, Australia.  Alongside her regular performances, Chloe teaches singing to students of all ages, both in schools and privately, and directs the Uplyme Gospel Singers.
 
In 2018, Chloe co-founded a new opera company, Grassroots Opera, with the aim of bringing engaging and accessible operatic productions to intimate rural venues. She directed, produced, and played the role of Amore in their debut productions of Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice.
